Join Constellation Resident Karen Shifflett of Changing Worlds for the second of a two-part virtual workshop series reflecting on healing-centered engagement in arts practice.  This workshop is designed for teaching artists to build community, learn about the various ways healing can manifest in an arts residency and share approaches to healing-centered engagement as articulated by Flourish Agenda. The discussion will be framed by Flourish Agenda’s five principles of healing-centered engagement or C-A-R-M-A: Culture, Race and Identity; Agency; Relationships; Meaning; and Aspirations.  Whereas the first workshop emphasized Relationships and Meaning, this workshop will serve as a deeper dive into supporting students’ Agency and Aspirations through the arts.
