Join the Chicago Architecture Foundation for an upcoming professional development opportunity for teachers in the summer: “The American Skyscraper: Transforming Chicago and the Nation.” Thanks to the National Endowment for the Humanities we're able to offer the institute AND provide travel support and stipends to participating teachers. This is for teachers working with grades 3-12 in the humanities, including art, history, social sciences, civics and other subjects. More information is online at www.architecture.org/nehlandmarks. The program will be led primarily by Jen Masengarb, and we'll be immersed in the wonderful architecture and history of Chicago! Applications are open now and due March 1st.
