Operations Manager
Tashia has long championed arts education and has worked in the arts and nonprofit management for the bulk of her career. She is passionate about nonprofit management and efficient operations that allow non-profits to thrive and focus on the missions that drive their work.
Tashia joined Ingenuity in 2016 as Office Coordinator and later, Administrative Coordinator before transitioning into her current role in August 2022. As Operations Manager at Ingenuity, Tashia supports Ingenuity’s 4 work streams: Data & Research, Advocacy, Strategy, and the Creative Schools Fund. She is responsible for the oversight and administration of systems and operations, technology infrastructure, and program logistics.
Prior to joining Ingenuity, Tashia worked in the administration and management of several non-profit organizations, where she gained the valuable skills and experience she brings to her work at Ingenuity.
