Eboné Sheree (she/her)

Senior Manager of Partnerships & Learning

Eboné is a partner-centric leader whose artistic practice and organizational management guide her ‘Artistry as Leadership’ approach: a creative-management framework that centers process while empowering curiosity, collaboration, and community.

Eboné joined Ingenuity after serving as Director of Education at Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, where she led institutional innovation focused on accessibility and equity across age, access, and ability.

With experience at organizations such as After School Matters, Eboné continues to manage large-scale programs, continuous improvement initiatives, holistic leadership strategies, data-informed planning, and agile governance, all with the end-user experience at the core.

Fundamentally, Eboné is an artist. She believes community is essential to meaningful business relationships. As Ingenuity’s Senior Manager of Partnerships & Learning, she is committed to improving systems for significant change and advancing the belief that the arts are education and that quality education belongs to every student across Chicagoland and beyond.

Outside of work, you can find Eboné on a scenic drive with an eclectic playlist, headed home to prepare fresh-food finds from a random stop at a mom-and-pop farm after a low-impact nature walk and some photography.

“Community cannot take root in a divided life. Long before community assumes external shape and form, it must be present as a seed in the undivided self: only as we are in communion with ourselves can we find community with others.”

—Parker Palmer

When we invest in the arts, we invest in the future.
