Patrick Payne is the Senior Manager of Data Strategy and Products at Ingenuity. Patrick manages the artlook® platform and the data collection, manipulation, and quality control necessary to populate the tool.
Patrick is an experienced data leader in the education space. Prior to Ingenuity, Patrick served as the Director of Data Strategies and Analytics at the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE), where he initiated and oversaw the rebuilding of the State Report Card, created the Data Review and Verification Tool, and relaunched the Data Quality Dashboard. Prior to ISBE, Patrick managed facility and portfolio strategies at Chicago Public Schools. Before starting his career in public education, Patrick was a consultant for Wipro Technologies, where he worked on projects for Microsoft, Xerox, and Capital One.
Patrick has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree from Drake University. Time not dedicated to his family or Ingenuity is dedicated to gardening, cooking, and watching rugby.
