Tashia R. Fouch (she/her)

Tashia Fouch is the Operations Manager at Ingenuity, where she leads the systems, technology infrastructure, and operational processes that support the organization’s mission to advance arts education across Chicago Public Schools. She joined Ingenuity in 2016 as Office Coordinator and later served as Administrative Coordinator before transitioning into her current role in August 2022.

Tashia oversees internal operations and systems that enable Ingenuity’s work across its four core areas: Data & Research, Advocacy, Strategy, and the Creative Schools Fund. Her work ensures that Ingenuity’s team and partners have the tools, infrastructure, and operational support needed to advance equitable access to arts education for Chicago Public Schools students and strengthens the organization’s capacity to deliver on its mission.

Prior to joining Ingenuity, Tashia held administrative and operations roles with several nonprofit organizations, where she developed expertise in organizational management, systems implementation, and nonprofit operations. She is passionate about building efficient systems that allow mission-driven organizations to thrive and focus their energy on impact.

She holds a BS in Business Administration and an MBA in Project Management.

Outside of work, Tashia enjoys cooking and experimenting with new flavors and is a lifelong music lover who has traveled the world to experience the power and joy of live music.
