There Are PD Opportunities Still Remaining Through the End of the School Year!
Check Them Out in Our 2017-18 Professional Learning Catalog for CPS Personnel and Arts Partners
Ingenuity, in collaboration with the CPS Department of Arts Education, proudly released our 2017-18 Partnerships & Professional Learning Catalog in the summer of 2017. This comprehensive offering is a guide to tools, resources and learning opportunities available to all stakeholders in the arts education landscape of Chicago, through the end of the 2017-18 school year. More than a directory, the Partnerships & Professional Learning Catalog offers thinking behind each learning opportunity. Designed to meet the needs of a variety of audiences — from principals, arts liaisons and arts educators, to individual teaching artists, smaller capacity organizations and larger capacity organizations — these program offerings have been tailor-made for you.
The professional learning opportunities were designed by Ingenuity’s Partnerships & Professional Learning, Data & Evaluation, and Public Affairs Panels, in conjunction with CPS Department of Arts Education's leadership and staff, as well as strategic thinkers and leaders from the arts education community and Chicago Public Schools.
This professional learning catalog is our collective guide to all available tools, resources, and learning opportunities to help ensure the following:
Ingenuity has created professional learning opportunities to help ensure that the hundreds of community arts partners who provide services to CPS schools each year have access to the relevant learning needed to propel high-quality work in schools. Institutes, Summits, Learning Tracks and webinars focus on educating and preparing external arts and cultural partners to more effectively align their work with the CPS Arts Education Plan and District priorities. Programs and events are aimed at helping partners to distribute their programs more efficiently and equitably across the district.
